Moving DNS zone files and Mail files to user homedir
« on: November 09, 2017, 03:36:47 PM »
Hello there,

My suggestion to CWP dev's is to move dns zone files and mail files in user homedir like cPanel/WHM, so you will have backups of them.

How's it going? I opened a ticket for this, to be clarified by a cwp specialist, when it will be possible to operate at the space allocated for e-mail, individually on each account, according to the hosting plan, as in cPanel, the mails will be in /home/user/var/  ? And the answer was to follow https://control-webpanel.com/changelog
I keep repeating myself every time, I am ready to do a project to invest in the hosting infrastructure, but if this problem is not solved as soon as possible, I will implement another solution, probably cPanel or Plesk

The DNS zone should generally not have anything to do with Home!
