I have 10 open tickets regarding my server payment. I submitted proof that I paid via PayPal back in August, yet my PRO LICENSE has now been cancelled for non-payment. I keep submitting tickets, but no one replies. I feel that a customer with years of service and five servers deserves to be treated a bit better after all this time... but there is no response. Watch out—Control Web Panel must be run by aliens!
