Simple suggestion for Postfix Mail Server Manager:

The Postfix Mail Server Manager lists the "Current Settings in Postfix" like this:

mydomain = example.com
myhostname = host.example.com

But the text boxes below ("Hostname:" and "Domain:") are only pre-populated with my server hostname (eg, "host").

My suggestion:
Please pre-fill the "Hostname:" and "Domain:" text boxes with the values listed in the "Current Settings in Postfix" (mydomain = example.com     myhostname = host.example.com) so that when I click the "Rebuild Mail Server" button, I don't lose my already-established Postfix settings.

Reason:
I was banging my head on my keyboard for about a week before I realized what I did when I clicked on "Rebuild Mail Server" and lost my Postfix settings.

Thanks for your help.

Sincerely,
Matt

Your observation is true.
However this - But the text boxes below ("Hostname:" and "Domain:") are only pre-populated with my server hostname (eg, "host") is there because you might have changed your hostname or you want to use a new hostname for the email server.So you do the changes before a rebuild to take care of new changes
