Apache redirects reset to default on update

This should be reported as a bug. From the most recent update (yum) via the web interface. All my Apache redirects we wiped out and set back to the defaults!!!
Isn't this supposed to be server level software? I'd purchased the pro version for my business and expected it to be 'professional'.
Seems like lack of testing is a problem prior to releasing updates.
