I have servers with Centos 8 Delayed and cannot run yum update, it return this error:
yum update
CentOS-Stream - AppStream 520 B/s | 257 B 00:00
Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'Stream-AppStream':
- Status code: 404 for http://repo.centos-webpanel.com/8-cwp-stream/stable/AppStream/x86_64/os/repodata/repomd.xml (IP: 198.27.104.39)
Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'Stream-AppStream': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried
How can I solve this?

Switch to AlmaLinux 8.

Switch to AlmaLinux 8.
This are production servers I will change but probably will create some new server and move each account to there.
I have afraid of upgrade to almaLinux 8 my current vps

That's the rub -- CentOS Stream is a beta-quality OS, not fit for production. Fine for personal testing, but not a good choice as a basis for a server.

As mentioned by @overseer, CentOS Stream is a beta OS, and Red Hat shut down 7, 8, and the new beta is Stream 10.
For production, you should be using AlmaLinux 8.x (Currently 8.10)

I already have a server with AlmaLinux 8 but this old servers still with Centos 8 Stream, but now I cannot update because this CWP repos stop working without any note about it.
Can we update from Centos 8 Stream to Almalinux 8?
I have afraid of do it I probably will create a new server and migrate the websites, but that will be harder since I will need to change the ips on the dns.

Take a snapshot of the server, and then try AlmaLinux's ELevate.
https://almalinux.org/elevate/
With CentOS 8 Stream now being EOL, that's going to be a problem also.
But is with all beta software.
If it fails, you can roll it back.
All else fails, I would bring up a new server with AlmaLinux 8 and use the CWP->CWP Migration tool.

Well that was interesting:

So, definitely NOT the recommended OS version upon which to install a server with the CWP management stack...

Neither is CentOS 7 like another here is falsely posting is the 'recommended' version, as they are reading what was posted by CWP years ago wrong.
CentOS 7 is EOL, and the repos are closing or already closed.
