Post by: Nazgile on July 01, 2019, 10:54:54 PM
hi...updated to 840 with scripts/./update_cwp ...
now i cant access user loginpanel, shows 404 not found - softaculous shows unauthorized...

if i rollback with my snapshot, all works...
why are the updates not full tested about compatibility?

I'm getting this same issue.

Specifically, when going to my.hostname.tld:2083:

Login page shows up just fine, login shows as successful (if you check Admin side of login, port 2087, the user you tried logging in with shows as logged in), but the login page itself shows 404 not found, with cwpsrv in the footer.

Further reading into the logs shows a lot of errors that reference the following file:

/usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/addons/ajax/ajax_dashboard.php

But the way that it shows as being referenced (error on line 0) makes me feel that this is not the root problem.

Also shown is a reference to the cwpsrv socket for PHP, located at:

/usr/local/cwp/php71/var/sockets/cwpsrv.sock

This started after applying the newest update, currently showing update number:

0.9.8.840

I am on 0.9.8.842 and the problem remains.
In fact, I went directly to .842, which is when the problem first presented itself for me.

Have tried restarting services (CWP, Apache, anything I can think of!) with not change.

Okay so new version .845 is now released - and this has fixed my problem.
Although when first updating via panel - it timed out.
I ran manually from SSH and whilst it also seemed to time-out (it never returned the prompt) - the panel loads okay - and the user panels now log-in fine!
Yay!

.845 works and eleminiated the 404 but now, when i login as user, the values at the user dashboard:

Package name:
Main domain:
Ip Server:

are empty....no entries :-/

I'm on 0.9.8.845 and still getting the 404 error on user login (this applies to all accounts). Tried to update manually from SSH multiple times, even a reinstall. Upon further investigation it all looks to be pointing at some error in /usr/local/cwpsrv/var/services/users/index.php. This file is encrypted so one cant check it easily to figure out what is wrong.

"Undefined index: GOOGLEFA in /usr/local/cwpsrv/var/services/users/index.php on line 0"

I'm not sure if my CWP issue is related, but I am on 0.9.8.845 and when I go to log into a client account, I am redirected to https://{PUBLIC_IP}:2083/null with a 404 Not Found and cwpsrv in the footer. This is only on successful login, because a bad password will return a password error on the login page. Any suggestions? I have tried everything in this thread.

Login via SSH and type "tail -f  /usr/local/cwpsrv/logs/error_log", then view the logs and see if you are having the same issue is me.

This needs to be fixed ASAP, other projects have the excuse for fixes that they tell you to fix it yourself (which is true) but it does not apply in this case cause all the PHP files are encrypted. Also is there a way to disable these auto updates? In the past few months the latest CWP updates caused nothing but bugs.
