I have been asking from them since last year but they don't listen in this regard. 

+1 Changelog is a necessity to track what's going on - updated features/bug fixes etc.

they deleted my cwpro terminal issue thread ! and support didnt answers what was the cause for the problem...

Quite a few brain cells. 

CSF not restored (a two minute task). However, with no changelog us lusers just have to guess/hope. 
Has this been fixed, for installs?

We will soon have a change registry system, this has been delayed but will soon be available to everyone.

We need to be more serious about the change log.

Even if they are few things, they should add, many times, CPanel puts in its changelog only an improvement, not because few things are less interesting. The important thing is to report what has been resolved.
