Problems occurring with YUM UPDATE
« on: May 17, 2025, 02:49:26 PM »
The CWP Control Panel informs that there are updates to be made, but an error occurs when running the update button.

I tried using the terminal and with yum update the following error occurs:

yum update
Last metadata expiration date check: 0:05:32 ago on Sat 17 May 2025 14:34:10 UTC. Error:

Can you help me with this?
I've tried everything I know of, but it didn't work.
Thank you.

Hello.

Thank you very much for your help.

By following the steps in the link, the problem was solved and I did not lose access to CWP.

One question: since MariaDB was installed during the CWP installation, why wasn't the newest version, 10.11, installed?

Once again, I appreciate your help.

MariaDB 10.5 was also an LTS version, with support just now ending. So best to move to either 10.6 or 10.11, but no reason not to take the last LTS in the 10.x series. Other considerations apply with compatibility for the 11.x branch, hence my recommendation:
