Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security and malware blocking. Please visit get-loader.ioncube.com for install assistance.

Thats the fail that giving my sites
I installed like this for php 7.1.7 http://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/no-loader-is-installed-please-contact-support

use this commands
echo "zend_extension = /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_7.1.so" >> /usr/local/cwp/php71/php.ini
service cwpsrv reload

and fail anyway
