Upgrade CWP VERSION 0.9.8.153 and 0.9.8.154

I have a problem in Roundcube
DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

I already checked the settings in
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/roundcube/config/config.inc.php

And the password is correct.

Another problem is occurring when accessing /webftp_simple/ showing the message "Internal Server Error".
