2. Go to admin, feature module and change the language to the accounts
3. Check that /home/USER/tmp has write permission

Close all browser tabs and only use one to log in.

did like other clean everything and but with the same version on my local machine CWP Not having this issue
I guess is the SSL redirecting, tomorrow will try delete the SSL and Issue new one

I got the same issues.

OS: Rocky Linux release 8.6 (Green Obsidian)
MySQL: Ver 8.0.26 for Linux on x86_64

I solve the Issue by edit /root/.my.cnf and update mysql root user to user mysql_native_password

you change the package of the user
apply
then set the package to the correct one

1. login as root
2. make sure you have at least 2 packages
3. go to user list
4. select user package then switch it to other packages.
5. apply
6. re select same user, and turn back the packages to first one
7. apply...

**) make sure you already push the member logout ( you can see the connected user at bottom left ) before step 3

Had same problem
Users couldn't log into their CWP panels and email account couldn't check mail.

From SQL Services ran Repair DB on the following DBs

mysql
oauthv2
postfix
postfix_policyd
roundcube
performance_schema

Not sure which one fixed the problem.
