Fix permissions bug

Hello,

When you execute the fix permissions for a specific user, it only does it for it's default domain, not any other domains added via the 'add domain' option.

You can do the same permission fix by SSH for any other folder.
It's funny that: centos-webpanel.com has cPanel and not CWP installed.
