Fix Permissions do nothing

Hi,

I am new here.
I installed a fresh CWP 0.9.8.11 and I had some problem with files permissions. Folders from my root directory does't  have execute permissions for everyone and that cause  403 error Access Denied.
I tried with Fix Permissions but nothing changes on my home directory.
I change permissions from shh and works ok.

Also I check to see if owner is changed on "Fix Permissions" but failed. After Fix Permissions the owner remains as was before.

Someone can explain why don't  work, maybe some settings or permissions for users which is used by CWP ?

where did you upload the files ?

on /home/username/public_html

did you have index file (index.php or index.html) ? please check and confirm

it happens because of incomplete file upload

OR

Disable the firewall / mod security if you activated them and check if you can access
