NS Configuration

Hi,
I know maybe it was written and told 1000 time until now, but in my view i still need help and i need to understand how it works this deal with NS, DNS in cwp.
I would like someone to show me based on pictures step by step how i can configure so i can use my domains.
1. How you configure NS with domain registrar
2. how i configure ns and dns in cwp
3. when i create an user with domain what i need to do.
