i purchased the CWP Pro license on 04/08/2023. i paid with my credit card. i wrote to the support department, there has been no return for 30 hours, my license has not been activated.
who can I contact about this issue?

If you have CSf enabled, temporarily disable it, as you might have blocked the licensing server.
Then login via SSH to the CLI.
systemctl stop csf
systemctl stop lfd
cd /scripts
./update_cwp
Then Start csf again:
systemctl start csf
systemctl start lfd
--
If that doesn't work, and If you want, PM me with your servers IPv4.
I'll add it under our reseller account until you hear back from support.

why are they not responding from the support department?

I can not answer that as I do not work for CWP.
But I know from experience, csf can accidently block the CWP licensing servers.
