So everything was running smoothly until all of a sudden, no user can log in.
Tried to look around for solutions but nothing worked so completely re-installed CentOS 8 and CWP.
Same issue. User login page keeps redirecting to same page after entering the password.
Login Page - MYIP:2083/login/
I am sure there is some config error or some bug coz it worked before.
Not sure if its related or not but if i go to password reset, enter username and email.it says "invalid username and email combination" where as i know that its correct.
Note: This is fresh install so i only have one user, default package and nothing has been changed.
Tried creating a new user. deleting existing user. created new user using complete new domain (i have multipole domains)
Firewall On - NOT USING CWP PRO

What version of cwp do you have installed?
-
CWP version: 0.9.8.1056
I noticed in the message log that every time i try to log in via user panel, following messages are generated. (not sure its related or not)
Apr 28 21:55:28 servername kernel: Firewall: *TCP_IN Blocked* IN=eth0 OUT= MAC=02:00:00:ba:34:b5:70:db:98:3d:20:7c:08:00 SRC=74.120.14.23 DST=198.50.214.159 LEN=44 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=41 ID=11671 PROTO=TCP SPT=59602 DPT=1311 WINDOW=1024 RES=0x00 SYN URGP=0
Here SRC changes randomly.

The only setting in FileZilla should be under the General Tab.
Host = domainname or your Base IP
Port = (blank)
Encryption = Use explicit FTP over TLS if available
Login Type = Normal
User = username (not root)
Password = password
By default it should take you to your accounts root directory (e.g. /home/domainname)
Make sure port 21 is enabled.
If it still doesn't connect, try to disable the firewall, if it connects, you just narrowed down the problem.
If that fails, set the accounts password to something simple like Passw0rd.

The problem described by appears from time to time. Did you try to clean cache and cookies of your browser or log into CWP using another browser ?
In case the above solution doesn't work for you, let us know if the problem associated with some specific or all users.

Curious if this solved kyrawebinc' problem.

Please make sure you are on the latest version, if so, fill out a support ticket and refer to this forum thread and we will gladly resolve your issue.
-
Issue solved after updating to the latest version of cwp. Which was pushed today...
THANKYOU

just horrible. There is no support.
I have more than 70 servers with the same problem, all of them are CWP-PRO.
Many customers needing to work and the cwp team are asleep and do not solve the problem. If they want to gain market share and compete with cpanel, they need to improve a lot.
CWP version:
0.9.8.1059

I follow it by email, nothing has arrived in it. In fact there is the answer on the cwp panel, thank you very much.
-
I returned directly through the central of the cwp, I will not trust the email anymore.
