How do i enable the non ssl port?

by manually editing config
/usr/local/cwpsrv/conf/cwpsrv.conf

I modified it already but it still goes to the ssl port.

if you don't have any experienced sys admin then you should contact cwp support.
However, this custom config you are trying to do is not recommended as admin should be access over https only.
