I have a problem when accessing cwp in browser, HTTP ERROR 500 occurs, I checked my server log, and presented the information below

the server has access to the internet without problems.
when consulting my server's systen.info displays

in Unknown online 0
who could help me with this problem?

SSH login to your server and restart cwp services one by one
Alternatively reboot your server
OR
Update CWP through SSH
