I have added mail forwarding, but now i keep getting this in the postfix mail_queue:

Queue reason:
A291066BE7     4142 Thu Sep  2 14:18:39  ***@***.**

                                                  (mail transport unavailable)
                                        ***@hotmail.com
(connect to alt2.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[142.250.152.27]:25: Connection timed out)
                                         ***@gmail.com

Edit:
postfix (connect to hotmail-com.olc.protection.outlook.com[104.47.55.33]:25: Connection timed out)
any way to fix this?

seems your server provider blocked port 25 which is needed to send emails out.
