Title: Weird Filesystem - /dev/simfs
Post by: marinkosj on November 03, 2021, 04:24:16 PM
Hello!

I have a VPS with 150 GB SSD and I have CWP7pro.

My weird problem is that I have few months almost "100%" of data-usage showing by Filesystem of CWP. And actually it's changes numbers, sometimes it shows 90 GB, sometimes 86 GB, etc...
When I go to my VPS hosting panel where I can manage VPS, install another OS, etc... It shows that I use around 38% of SSD.

How can I understand this? What's the problem and how I can solve it? When it comes to 100% it blocks coming mails and websites are acting weird and slow.

Thank you so much!

simply check all folders, cwp has some script to check basic locations for big logs...however you will need to check all detailed including backup

Code: [Select]
/scripts/disk_check

then you need to check all details, you have a disk usage module in cwp and there are also many commands available for linux shell.
If you don't know you can also check with cwp support or your server provider.
