dear all friends,
can anyone help me, i cannot connect to ftp port 21 after upgrade to cwppro, pure-ftpd is running and i can ftp from inside machine but if i connect from outside always connecting....... and nothing happened.
i already try turn off firewall and result is the same, i looking for the log and nothing in the log.
maybe some one can tell me which log i have to see all ?

Try turning off modsec also.

Hi,
Do you use some local FTP client like Filezilla or net2ftp ? In case you use the local mail client then show us the FTP log of your FTP client and server (remove the server IP before you paste logs here).

try checking firewall by whitelisting your IP

I already put my ip on whitelisting, I connect from windows using winsccp and filezilla is the same result always connecting, I also try ftp from other centos is the same. I will try turn off modsec and report the result here later.

Also add it to you ignore list.
Be sure that modsec and firewall are both off when troubleshooting.

my ftp is already working again, problem is in router setting, i don't know why but i think my block ip is route to nowhere on port 21 by router. so this case is close.
