probably, you should check grants for it.
It's always recommended to keep MySQL port 3306 closed in the CSF firewall to avoid remote connections.

Sorry, I probably misunderstood you just there. Should I delete this line or you want me to keep it and give it more power by putting a check in the Grant field?

you need to check that with your sysadmin or cwp support.
cwp is not using that so that could be a possible issue if it has some high grants

I'm sysadmin (root). It didnt have any permissions checked, so I just deleted it.
