Hi, I already paid for pro for a year but it's still not activated on my ip after 10 days. I purchased it on 21st Dec.

Anybody does care for the users?

you sure you have added the IP of the server that has the cwp pro installed on?

You need to login into your client area.

Click on
Your Active Products/Services Licenses - CWPpro
You should see the IP address for your server. This has to match your CWP Settings -> IP Manager.

This shows the IP of your local internet, nothing to do with server's ip..

Yeah. If you log in to the actual server it will work. So .....
If you run it from your personal computer, of course, it will show your IP address.
It's more information for the ones that don't know.

did you check your server ip and centos pro entered same IP ?
did you restart cwp services ?

I ran this to activate it
sh /scripts/update_cwp

I purchased a license on 10/12/2023 and it stopped working after 2 days when I opened a ticket in the support they were not helping me first they said my license expired on 10/12/2023 exactly the date when I purchased a license when I told him that it was my purchase date so he told me I am sending this matter to billing team, Billing team told me that your license is activated. But it's not working and still support team is still not helping me they told me my server is not responding then I recorded a video and sent it to them after the video they told me to whitelist an IP and add 2 TCP ports After doing this problem still exist and when I told them that issue is not resolving they replied everything is fine from our side and the problem still exist.
