Title: Disc Quota Exceeded

I keep getting "Disk Quota Exceeded" errors for my user account/website and cant even log into the user CWP, (only the admin CWP) even though pretty much all settings are set to max for the user account. When I remove files and make space the error goes away. I cannot figure out what to change to fix this. Any help would be very appreciated.
