Title: opendkim-tools

Had a problem with dkim not working on a new install with Alma Linux.
tried to manually run opendkim-genkey but it was not installed.  The package opendkim-tools needs to be installed as well.  Not sure why this wasn't installed automatically when opendkim is installed.
