Title: JS/Agent.PIV trojan detected by eset but not ClamAv
Post by: webtech on April 12, 2022, 11:31:20 AM
Hi,

I have an antivirus on my computer ESET, I view my website and its shows this message
"Threat found
This web page contains potentially dangerous content.
Threat: JS/Agent.PIV trojan
Access to it has been blocked. Your computer is safe."

I tried to scan it inside the cwp of the client, but it didn't detect the file.
It's only one file and I just inject "ndsw undefined" script on it.

is there any good antivirus that can detect this?

Is it possible that the virus is irrelevant in a linux environment?
By the way, ESET (aka NOD32) is an old antivirus that's used to be popular but then concluded with just being bad and provides a lot of false positives. I wouldn't recommend taking the result of this antivirus any seriously. Use other reputable anti viruses.
