Title: make additional IPs accessible

I have a vps that has more than 2 IPs, if 1 IP is used for the server IP, and another ip is used for one of the users so that it can be directly accessed by the IP for their application, and other users follow the server IP, can it be?
if it can be in the menu do I have to configure
