Title: Reseller User Problem

hello there,

It gives an error when adding new hosting in resellers.

When trying to add it again it says "this account already exists on the server".

Looking at the account list through the root account, it seems that the account has been created; however, the relevant account does not appear to be owned by the reseller.

How will this problem be solved? An update is needed.

please check if the user exists in the /etc/shadow and /etc/passw files as well as the /home/USER directory
