After deploying CWP in my GCP, I upgraded to CWPpro as the 1st step. Made the payment but even after 1 day the invoice is shown as unpaid. Though I had all the messages and screenshot of the successful payments, it was still listed as unpaid invoice. Thought maybe some error and so I thought maybe I will make the payment again as losing 11 USD was not a big deal I thought. But the 2nd time also the same issues. This time I recorded all the steps. I have mailed CWP regarding the same with all screenshots but more than 48 hours, I am yet to hear from them. But they keep sending me reminders saying I have unpaid bills. There is no support or chat to get this resolved.

cwp staff is not too active like before
i test set presales email, it took 3-5 days
they need 911 email about payment actually :D
btw what is your payment method ?

Same here although I was trying to prolong the CWP Pro. Wrote them a ticket and waiting for the reply for the fourth day. And as I see trying to repeat the payment wouldn't help either. Currently stuck being unable to create new accounts because free limit to 10.
