Title: where is Varnish !?

Hello, I am very new to Linux world and VPS and doing my best to catch up but still
I need some help ! so here I am asking what could be a "stupid" qusetion ...
where is Varnish ?? its not anywhere in CWP

its not under the Apache menu (or at least I cant find it )
so please tell how to find Varnish how to install & configure it (in really detailed simple steps ...sorry :-[ )

Many thanks ! do I need Apache & Varnish Cache only ? and if I chose to rebuild the configuration would this
break any exiting sites on the VPS ? and finally i Have 2 IPs on this server how can I use Varnish and Apche
on both of them ?

NO

just select apache + varnish and rebuild the virtual host
