I have no solution to the kernel panic after updating to CWP .... my operating system has become unusable and all my work to the fret ..... how can I recover all my domains. ???

in recovery mode, you need to check that with your provider and see what is the issue with the system.

Which is an SO problem ?. The problem appeared just after upgrading to PRO. I am already in contact with my provider .......... and since I do not have access to the control panel I can not make my backup to reinstall centos

I have solved the problem through the service provider ............. now I need to make a backup to reinstall operating system and control panel. What steps should I follow?

I have had to reinstall my server and with it a new installation of CWP ... I have subscribed a year to CWP PRO ........ do you have to reinstall the PRO version?
