Title: Help me pls |DNS ERROR|

I have a problem witch the dns setting of, 1 domain, i have 2 domain in my user panel all setup correctly, but the second domain is not reach able.... When im trying to ping this domain is 127.0.0.1, why ?
But when im trying to ping my first domain, than is the right root server ip address
