Now you can test new free service DNS Manager, this option will be added to new CWP version.
DNS Manager is free to use.
DNS Manager saves time needed for DNS configuration and requirements of additional IPs.

Wana tell about a bug on freeDns Manager web panel. (http://freedns.centos-webpanel.com/)
You need to set your domain nameservers to:
ns1.centos-webpanel.com
ns2.centos-webpanel.com
I've set dns correctly, but cannot add new zone. The problem is the order of the ns1 & ns2 in the form. The script recognizes the second zone as the first, and do not correspond to the pre-filled info on the form.
Swap positions on the form to fix it. Put first ns2 and next ns1 and all will be OK.
Regards.

i dont like to be reliable on the uptime of this service since its external and not under my control.
Is there a way you could implement this internally on a hosted server in your web panel?
-
Hello.
You can using your DNS server.
-
freeDNS is a cluster so one server should be always running if something happens with other server.
but you can always setup nameservers on your CWP server, it has all what is needed for that.
-
when I try to add new zone in FreeDNS I get and error /usr/sbin/named-checkconf exit status 1 and for that zone there are no nameservers set.
-
why this error is happening? the error message still appears
