Title: Softaculous doesn't work

Hello,

i bought Softaculous last week. I can install it on CWP.Pro.admin but i can't access it in CWP.user.

Do you know if i can install applications in the admin panel?

Is there a link to access it in CWP.use?

If not can i ask to Softaculous to bring me back my money?

Hello,
thanks for this answer but i did it (installation) but when i click on the link Softaculous nothing happens. The adress is just "https://mydomain.fr:2083/pascalte/#".

Then it doesn't work...

What can i do?

Softaculous answer :

"Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Due to recent changes in CWP API in their latest version the old APIs that we were using are not working.

We have discussed this with CWP team and we have made the changes in Softaculous with the new APIs.

We are testing the changes and will be releasing a new version of Softaculous by this weekend.

Thank you for your patience. "

Any idea when softaculous will be fixed?  It's just a # link on my users panels

Their deadline passed awhile ago with no further updates.  For the use and life cycle of CWP and Softaculous, this is headed into the realm of abandonware.

Today I've got a new answer from Softaculous... this time saying CWP team should also make some changes in order to fix the problem:

"Hi,

Unfortunately we are still waiting for the CWP team.
Once we receive the required changes from CWP team we will release a new version on the same day.

Almost everything is working just one part is remaining. Once this is done we will be ready for the new release.
Thank you for your patience."

So, now we need to ask CWP to speedup. My clients using CWP are really impatient without their features..

We are waiting more than one month. Is there any news, any information, anything?
It is not much money but i am paying for Softaculous license and for CWP Pro license so I expect them to work.

I got the same answer weeks ago... This is getting really frustrating!  CWP team needs to get in gear and fix this!!!!!!!

Same sinking boat with everyone else:

"Due to API structure changes in CWP Softaculous is not compatible with this version of CWP. We will be adding support for this version of CWP soon."

Don't hold your breath waiting for CWP to fix. According to Softaculous support, "CWP team has quit communicating with us".

I guess CWP free (or pro) is no longer being supported (or developed?)

For us as an admin know how to use it, but for user they still cannot access the softaculous, both in icon menu or navigation menu. When user click the softaculous icon, nothing happen, but when user click the softacoluous on navigation menu on the left (File Management Menu), it linked into http://server.xxxxx.com:2082/client/module=softaculous . Miss "?" tag

it work now, both in the icon menu or navigation menu
