I bought an annual subscription on May 8th, which was activated just fine and had no issues, then yesterday my panel reverted back to the unpaid version. I confirmed with the datacenter that there was no server or network changes, and the dedicated IP is still unchanged, so there's no reason this should have happened.
I did submit a support ticket (#743419), but the only response was a copy and paste of the installation instructions, and the ticket was closed. Is there any alternative support option? Or should I keep submitting tickets until the problem is fixed?

I have never used cwppro for any of my servers but I would like to know what is the output of this command
cat /usr/local/cwp/.conf/cwppro_main.conf

Had the same issue. Put in a ticket and was told "You can force update check by running this script from the command line
sh /scripts/update_cwp"
Worked for me.
