Title: SSL problem after moving the site

Hello
I installed a free ssl via CWP on my website. then I moved to another cwp presentation again. I've added it to the cloud. but everything looks normal, but the site does not open.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
I get an error. there is also such an error on intodns.com.

"Recursive Queries"
I have an idea what should I do?

I disabled plug-ins with FTP. Then I did https http in .sql. then the operations for the cloudflare was done respectively.
