Title: [bug] CWP to CWP migration tool

CWP to CP migration tool does not migrate email files. It just create email account but not migrate files.
Do not delete accounts before moving email

You must have some problem in your migration, the tool migrates the accounts and their content, please leave your log and we can gladly deduce what happened
