Title: Apache entered failed state

Suddenly Apache enters to failed state.
I search in error logs but I cannot see any reason why
if I start it manual then start it OK but after some hours or day again entered to failed

Are you running only apache?

please change to apache+nginx and let see the outome.

Also please post here the logs you have in apache
