Title: httpd restart

I try to restart httpd with command but I get error

Quote

service httpd restart
Stopping httpd:                                            [  OK  ]
Starting httpd:                                            [FAILED]

but when I do restart from panel, httpd restarts without errors
why? what command panel is using?
