As you see A DNS resolves my VPS IP Adress
i have SSL issues?

is it because of `rDNS/PTR check for IP 62.171.128.163 = vmi336957.contaboserver.net `?

How can i change rDNS/PTR?

Anyone?

rDNS/PTR has no reflection on your SSL - it is an email verification method though and should be done at Contabo control panel (as mentioned in numerous posts on this site).
Suggest that you "Server Settings, Change Hostname", leaving the hostname the same, to regenerate the SSL, clearing the Contabo self-certified one. (This is also mentioned somewhere in the past.)
Your browser should've warned you of this:
panel.baransel.xxx uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.
Error code: MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_SELF_SIGNED_CERT
Edited: typos etc.

Hi, As I see your SSL does not work:
IgorS@login ~> curl -I https://panel.baransel.wtf
curl: (35) SSL connect error
IgorS@login ~>
You have to check if WEB server configured correctly.

You have to check if WEB server configured correctly.
Agree with that too, as trying the domain without panel subdomain fails. Rebuild the webserver, in Admin with just Apache -nothing fancy.

I have SSL for baransel.wtf from Symantec Encryption Everywhere, how am able to use this cert in cwp hostname?
-
Unless it is a wildcard cert, I wouldn't use your cert for hostname. If you can add panel. As an add-on domain you could. Simply copy the cert, bundle, and key from baransel.(key/cert/bundle) to hpstname.(ext) in /etc/pki/tls. Cert and bundle are in certs. Key is in private foldera
