I have noticed that in several CWP servers (I think all of them), when I click on "Phpmyadmin" it shows me this error:
Login without a password is forbidden by configuration (see AllowNoPassword)
Is it happening to someone else or is it a bug in my servers?
Greetings!

At Admin level, it works fine (at second attempt).
At user level, I get the same as you, plus the opening as IP address instead of website, thus throwing a SSL warning.
So, not just you.
Tried it a second time, logging in independently as an end user and it worked. ???
A session/cookie issue, perhaps.

I think I've discovered something interesting.
If I log in as a user at:
https://IP:2083/
And click on Phpmyadmin = It works!
However, if the access is done from the "Account list" in the administration and I click on login in the user panel, if I go to Phpmyadmin = The indicated error.
Is there any way to correct this?

I left the IP change tick box unchecked when logging in - dunno if that makes the odds.
I do notice the URL includes a token, hence surmising a session issue.
-
it works only when using a password for login from the beginning as user panel access from admin is done via token and not password.

Done think that you're quite grasping the issue.
Please re-read all of the above.

I've had this answered by ticket:
Hello,
This will be fixed in the next update coming soon
So let's hope to guess when it's fixed, since there's no change log.

Hi,
Is there any update on the phpMyAdmin auto login (client panel) issue?
I have checked and could reproduce the issue on both CWP free and PRO servers. Auto login to phpMyAdmin from CWP root panel works fine. Experiencing this issue only on user panel. I have tried both on http://IP:2083 and https://hostname.tld:2083 but the result is same.

Has this been fixed?

you need to login with password then phpmyadmin autologin will work.

Are you sure that port 2087 on the firewall is open?
