Hello dear guys,
i have problem with subdomain ssl create
error

I faced the same problem last week.
Posted it as a topic earlier, but can not find it anywhere.
I was looking an alternative way to install Comodo SSL for 3 moths as my SSL for server but didn't know how to do that.
Can anybody guide on how to install custom SSL on server domain?

The only solution is to wait, or contact LetsEncrypt. You shouldn't get rate limited unless you keep trying to generate a certificate and don't resolve the problems as to why it can't be issued.
As for installing Comodo, all certficates are stored in /etc/pki/tls
Keys go in private folder
Certs and bundles go in certs folder.
