Title: Wordpress admin doesnt open and u cant install wordpress

We recently finished a website for a client, we uploaded the website, everything was fine, he could login but then after like a week later
The admin section failed to work, have tried all the wordpress troubleshooting, disabling and enabling plugins, theme changing, login in with wp-login, etc. nothing works.
I realized also that when u try to install wordpress on server, it doesn't work, anyone with idea why wordpress admin or installation doesnt work now, is there a setting i have to do

Please disable modsecurity for the domain
