Title: Changes to /usr/local/apache/conf.d/vhosts being overwritten after rebuild

I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this but each time the web servers rebuild all changes to files in the dir get reverted.

How do I prevent this?

Same problem with the mail server.
You do the manual changes per the WiKi, and if you rebuild the mail server, they are all wiped.

Guys, you should not modify files manually, this why you have the problem. Must be used Vhosts Template editor instead.
