Title: Can't access admin panel redirect 2030 to 2031 and also with https

Hi please check this link:

http://195.248.242.16:2030

It redirects to https://195.248.242.16:2031

I didn't do anything I just installed the panel on centos6 and I don't want this to happen.

And then this error appears:

You attempted to reach 195.248.242.16, but the server presented an invalid certificate.

NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID


I don't want to use ssl neither on my website nor on the panel.
(I'll do it if I have to but How can I do this for free?please?)
