Title: Re-Installation of CentOS 7 through CWP

I have a Centos 7 dev box and I would like to leave CWP alone with its current settings etc. 

Is there a function/process that will preserve the CWP environment, while "re-freshing" my CentOS 7?

Nothing like that. You can try to copy CWP, postfix, roundcube etc databases and all CWP files.
