On CentOS 8 even with current CWP 0.9.8.1018.
The panel gives:
Danger: Available updates - SECURITY ISSUE
CWP found 1 available yum/rpm updates for your server, click here to check it.
You run dnf update, and there are no updates, also none are listed if you click on the warning link.
Nothing major, but is kinda annoying.
-
try contacting cwp support to check on your server.

This is happening on all the CentOS 8 servers.
Will support look at this for free, or is going to have to be paid for each server?
I'm guessing it's just a bug, since yum isn't used anymore, dnf is.

This email is also received each night when the cron runs:
danger, Available updates - SECURITY ISSUE, CWP found 1 available yum/rpm updates for your server, click here to check it.,

It doesn't harm anything, it's just annoying to close every login.

this was fixed long time ago.

Message saying there is 1 Yum update available still is popping up on my CentOS 8 box running 0.9.8.1055.
Just ignore it and close it every time I login.

Is the 1 update by chance MariaDB? Because there is a huge difference in the minor upgrade, and they provide instructions on a "Manual Upgrade". If it's not Maria, please cite what program refused to update.

All the servers are running the latest MariaDB 10.5.9
Here is the popup:

Click on the "here", and it opens up the YUM Manager, and shows No Updates:

I have just gotten use to ignoring and closing that popup every time I login, since it inaccurate/wrong.
Again this is on CentOS 8.3.2011 (which uses dnf as default, not yum), and has the latest CWPpro 0.9.8.1055
