Title: how to access web if don't have domain

i have  2 domain

164.115.xx.xx/~domain1

164.115.xx.xx/~domain2

i change file hosts on my OSX

164.115.xx.xx domain1.com
164.115.xx.xx www.domain1.com
164.115.xx.xx www.domain2.com
164.115.xx.xx domain2.com

i can access domain1.com  but can't access domain2.com
