Title: After migration : Number of user accounts not increased after adding new user

Hello all , please help me i have an urgent problem , i have 40 user account , when i add a new account it shows me the process completed and show the info , but when i go to list accounts it still the same old number of 40 accounts only it should be 41 after adding the last account and this is two photos of the panel :

Please help me even the domains added not counted and also not working please i need a fast solution
