Does anyone solve this?

i figured out problem by deleting nameserver from centos web panel front page right bottom site by clicking on change and retyping nameservers in small letters.

this is a bug in centos web panel, i think caps doesnt works and it doesnt bind dns.

This one solved the problem for me.

Suggestions / fail2ban
« on: March 23, 2018, 10:03:25 PM »
Hi,

Can we add Fail2ban to install automatically during installation?  or perhaps a module to enable/disable under Security Menu.

Fail2ban is a good addition to security.

Thanks,
Jess

I've followed this instructions and my server is a messed and I don't know how to put it back.  Here's the error below:

Trying to start mysql server, please wait!
Try to restart CentOS Web Panel with command: sh /scripts/restart_cwpsrv

Installation / Root Partitions /Dev/Root
« on: February 03, 2018, 11:07:50 PM »
Before installing OS and Centos Web Panel, make sure the Root Partition is at 500 gig.  Otherwise, you will run out of space /Dev/Root.  This is the mistake I did when partitioning the root.   Server's default is 20 gig.   I went to 100 gig and still run into issues.

If you run out of space at /Dev/Root.  Do the following
  • Disable Backups and delete all backups
  • Delete Nginx Log

Postfix / Re: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. (SOLVED)
« on: November 21, 2015, 03:56:32 PM »
Wordpress SMTP will work on PHP 5.4 (default) or PHP 5.5.   If you switched it to PHP 5.6 or PHP 7.x, Wordpress' SMTP or phpmail may not work.   You have to have your own external mail server SMTP to make it work such as Google SMTP or CyFocus email http://shop.cyfocus.net/email/email-hosting.aspx?ci=12940&prog_id=cyfocus :)
